Steps to dry vegetables:

Washing operation:

In the first step, when fresh vegetables are overspread into the drying line, they are spread on special conveyors to remove the impurities with help of manpower, then enter the disinfection and rinse section.Washing and disinfecting vegetables, due to being brought to the factory massively, is done thoroughly by industrial machines with water and disinfection liquid and perchlorin.

Drying operation:

Packing operation:

The packaging operation in this unit is performed automatically by several vertical packing machines.
