In installing nuts processing line, nuts are converted into roasted or fried nuts.

They process nuts in two ways:

  1. Frying
    In this case it mostly includes soft nuts or nuts with soft shell like almond without shell, peanuts with red skin or blanched peanuts and other kind of kernels, pistachio and hazelnut without shell.
  2. Roasting
    That includes nuts with hard shell like all kind of seeds, almond, pistachio and hazelnut.

  1. First they put nuts in chamber called hopper then conveyer belt sends them to roaster or fryer (depends on nuts process).

  3. Next step is adding season, flavor and preservatives that it also depends on the way that process (roasting or frying).
    » After roasting they add season and after that they roast it again but this time with lower temperature.
    » After frying while it cools down it pasts seasoning machine that adds custom flavor powder to season.
  4. At the end, according to the desired weight, packaging process is done in different types and shapes (big, medium and small size, vacuum, reusable bag or zipper bag (with plastic zip which mostly use for kitchen usage like dates and walnut).
